Lessia Ben-Sasson

Lessia Ben-Sasson is an award winning singer/songwriter, composer and recording artist. Her deep connection with teens has led Lessia to include a choir of young singers in all her own performances.

Classically trained as a pianist at the Curtis Institute of Music, Lessia's love of a good lyric and beautiful singing drew her into the field of contemporary music. By the age of eighteen, she had sold her first song to A&M Records. She moved on to compose and perform the soundtrack for the prize winning short film "Becky." Many choirs of all ages, as well as other solo artists, have been performing and recording her music ever since.

Lessia's musical focus is on family and community. Her songs reflect a sincere belief that each and every one of us has a special and unique voice in the world. Mother of two children, Lessia lives in Santa Barbara, California.
